I provide

• Individual therapy for clients age 19 and above.

What to expect

• During the first session I want to hear what brings you to therapy and what you have been experiencing. Through a series of questions and learning about your needs, together we will create a treatment plan and goals.

• Moving on from there, I offer weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on the need, where we engage in check-ins, and work collaboratively towards your treatment goals.

Cost

• $185.00 per session, including the initial intake session. I offer a sliding scale, please reach out to see if you qualify.

• Insurance I accept: Providence (Will be able to accept others soon and will update accordingly)

• If you are a cash pay client a superbill can be provided.
